Cela fait des années que je commande ce produit , j’utilise ma delonghi tout les jours et plusieurs fois par jour et le détartrage est fait tout les 6 mois environs, une bouteille c’est 4 détartrage donc achat de 2 bouteille en 2 ans. Je recommande

Eine Gebrauchsanweisung in Form des einen einzigen Satzes « Benutzen Sie EINEN Teilstrich des Inhaltes » o.ä. wäre hilfreicher gewesen als Warnhinweise in den Sprachen sämtlicher Länder dieser Welt. Statt dessen ist eine Gebrauchsanweisung schlicht GAR NICHT vorhanden. Sehr schlecht, da es ein Universal-Entkalker ist und es einfach zu viele verschiedene Maschinen gibt.

Does the job. 5 uses in this bottle. Good instruction vids on YouTube (as ever) if you don’t want to read the instructions. No instructions given on the bottle. When you finish descaling your coffee machine pour the collected descaling solution in your kettle and boil it up, pour away. Boil another kettle of fresh water and pour away again before using.

Having bought a very good quality De’Longhi bean to cup coffee maker, I wanted to make sure it was kept in the best of health and decided there was no better way to do that than use the manufacturer’s descaler/cleanser (as they recommended). It is possible to get cheaper descalers and they may work just as well, but I decided not to risk buying the ‘wrong’ sort – the brewing units and other internal parts can be damaged by unsuitable descalers, which will not only potentially void a guarantee but possibly also result in a machine no longer working … not something I wanted to risk. On that basis, I wouldn’t automatically use it if you have a different brand of coffee machine without checking suitability with the manufacturer first.
The bottle contains five treatments (marked down the side of the label, just pour slowly and you won’t go wrong) so, depending on the hardness of your water and how many cups of coffee you consume, one bottle should last between 5 and 10 months (or so). We have soft water, so a bottle lasts a little longer than that, even though we have quite a bit of coffee.
De’Longhi also produce descalers in single use sachets – these work out a little less cost effective but offer the convenience of a one-dose format without needing to judge how much to pour.
Once the descaler has been through the coffee machine, someone at De’Longhi customer service helpfully suggested I put the solution into the milk jug and use it to clean through the pipes and nozzles; it works a treat.

Para descalcificar la cafetera, hay otros descalcificadores « genéricos » más económicos, incluso en google podemos encontrar recetas para preparar nuestro propio liquido descalcificador casero, el problema que veo en coger algo alternativo, es que a lo mejor podríamos usar un producto con un pH que no fuera el correcto y no se realizara bien la limpieza o incluso pudiéramos perjudicar de alguna manera la maquina.
Me han gustado dos cosas
El liquido es ecológico, por lo tanto, se entiende que no es un acido fuerte.
El precio, el de esta botella de descalcificador DeLonghi de 500ml, el más económico por dosis de Amazon.

Ho comprato questo decalcificante perché la mia lavazza a modo mio era arrivata al limite ed era otturata. Con questo prodotto potete fare 5 decalcificazioni e la quantità da usare è segnata sulla bottiglia come potete vedere dalla foto. Io non sapendo come si facesse ho seguito un tutorial e la macchinetta è tornata perfetta come nuova ed eroga i caffè di nuovo come prima. Vi spiego come l’ho fatta io. (Mi raccomando di usare i guanti perché irritante per la pelle)
1- versare nel contenitore dell’acqua la prestabilita quantità di decalcificante più acqua fino a riempire il contenitore
2- accendere la macchinetta ed erogare la quantità di due tazzine da caffè (vedrete già che si sta pulendo)
3- aspettare 20 minuti a macchinetta spenta
4- erogare due tazzine
5- aspettare 5 minuti a macchinetta spenta
6- erogare tutto il contenuto rimanente
7- sciacquare il serbatoio e riempirlo completamente d’acqua
8- erogare tutto fino a svuotarlo
9- riempire ed erogare l’acqua per un’altra volta, in questo modo anche l’interno sarà pulito
10- pulire tutto (contenitore/ serbatoi) ecc
11- ora la vostra macchinetta è pronta, consiglio di fare un caffè a vuoto prima
